Most residential tech issues are resolved within an hour—meaning onsite visits typically cost just $65 and remote support usually runs about $32.50.
If you’re unsure how long your issue might take, just ask—I’ll give you an upfront, honest quote. My goal is always to resolve your problem quickly while keeping costs low.
- Onsite Support: $65/hour (1-hour minimum) • $60/hour for seniors
- Remote Support: $32.50/half hour (½-hour minimum)
Work beyond the minimum is billed in 15-minute increments. Onsite travel fees apply and are calculated based on distance from Hibbing, MN. All service calls within Hibbing incur a flat $2 travel fee. For locations outside Hibbing, travel is billed at $0.50 per mile.

Subscription Plans
Lockout – $10/month per computer
Using remote management tools, I can set up your PC so I can quickly assist if you ever get locked out. Includes my Lockout Guarantee: if I can't unlock your PC remotely, I'll come to you and unlock it in person, covered under the plan (travel fees may apply).
Remote One Hour – $50/month
Includes everything above, plus you'll have one hour of remote support each month for any of your needs.
Full Spectrum – $100/month
Includes everything above, plus two hours of remote or onsite support per month for all your tech needs. Available only within 15 miles of the city of Hibbing.

- How many devices does my subscription cover?
- Every device in your household is covered — no per-workstation fees.
- If I call for remote support and it turns into onsite, how is it billed?
- Remote support is carried over into the one hour minimum onsite charge.
